No Cook Chocolate Protein Ball

Peanut butter is an excellent source of protein, copper, magnesium, manganese, niacin B3, vitamin C, and vitamin E. Peanut butter develops blood vessel functions and reduces the risk of cardiovascular diseases. It also slows down the aging process, decreases LDL, increases HDL, restores damaged cells, and helps in diabetes prevention.

Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup sunflower seeds
  • ¼ cup pumpkin seeds
  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • ¼ cup flaxseeds
  • ½ cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 pinch of sea salt
  • 1 cup shredded dried coconut
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Add sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, flaxseeds, sea salt, and dark chocolate chips in a food processor. Pulse for 3 to 5 times. Don’t make fine powder. Just break everything into tiny pieces.
  • Now add peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract. Mix nicely.
  • Now take 1 to 2 tablespoons of the mixture in your hand. Shape it into a smooth ball by hand.
  • Do the same with the rest of the mixture.
  • Enjoy.
