Spicy Broccoli Pasta

If we talk about the health benefits of the recipe, then we must know that broccoli is a powerhouse of nutritional elements. As a cruciferous vegetable, broccoli is filled with necessary vitamins, phytochemicals, and minerals. Broccoli is a rich source of vitamin C, vitamin K, and folate. Vitamin C is an antioxidant that develops our hair and skin, boosts the immune system, and helps immensely with the absorption of iron. Vitamin K is responsible for creating different proteins that are important for bone building and blood clotting. Folate is extremely beneficial during pregnancy as it is essential for DNA synthesis and cell division.
