From Tradition to Transformation

About My Kitchen Intuition | Holistic Nutrition Coach NY

Born in Lima, Peru, I grew up surrounded by the wisdom of my grandmother, mother, and aunts women who believed deeply in the healing power of food and herbs. Food was more than nourishment; it was a language of love and wellness.

After moving to the U.S., I built a successful career as a professional chef and entrepreneur, running a catering business, a restaurant, and a food truck. But behind the scenes, I was overwhelmed, stressed, and unhealthy. Sugar and salty snacks became my refuge, and I felt disconnected from my body and true joy.

That moment of realization sparked a transformation. I became a Certified Holistic Nutritional Coach and shifted my approach to food focusing on clean, nourishing, and flavorful meals that supported my mind and body. I closed my previous businesses to dedicate myself to helping others find the same sense of vitality and confidence through food, nutrition, and lifestyle changes.
