At My Kitchen Intuition, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. Whether it’s personalized coaching, digital wellness tools, or physical goods, we aim to support your journey with care and transparency. Please read below for our full refund and return policy.
1. Coaching & Digital Services
All 1:1 coaching sessions, digital guides, and personalized wellness programs are non-refundable once service has been rendered or content accessed.
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- You cancel your coaching purchase within 48 hours and before any session is booked or content delivered.
- No part of the service has been used or received.
Rescheduling:
Coaching sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed sessions without prior communication will not be eligible for refund or rescheduling.
Digital products (eBooks, downloads, PDFs, etc.) are non-refundable due to their instant delivery nature.
2. Returnable Physical Products
Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Some items are not eligible for return or refund, including:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers)
- Newspapers or magazines
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Certain health and personal care items
4. Partial Refunds (if applicable)
We may approve partial refunds for:
- Books with visible signs of use
- Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, video games, or vinyl records
- Items not in original condition, or with missing/damaged parts not due to our error
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
5. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email to confirm receipt and whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Recheck your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company — it may take time to officially post.
- Contact your bank — processing delays can occur.
If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at contact us page.
7. Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.
8. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, contact us at contact us page
9. Gift Returns
If the item was marked as a gift and sent directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be sent to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or was sent to the gift giver first, the refund will be issued to the original buyer.
10. Shipping Returns
You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted. For valuable items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
