Add eggs, bananas, milk, honey, and vanilla extract in a food processor. Blend properly.
Add oats, cinnamon powder, sea salt, and baking powder in a mixing bowl. Mix lightly.
Now slowly add the dry ingredients mixture in the wet mixture. Blend properly. The pancake batter is ready.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Brush half a teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil on the frying pan. Take one spoonful of batter and spread it on the frying pan. Wait for 3 to 4 minutes. Then flip and cook for another 4 minutes or until it is golden brown from both sides.
Serve warm and enjoy.
