I have added rolled oats instead of all-purpose flour to give a healthy twist to this golden and fluffy classic dish. And there is no sugar in the dish. Instead, I have used honey which is an ancient ingredient for wellness.

I have used bananas in the recipe. Banana is a rich source of Potassium which supports heart health and regulates blood circulation. It also contains a fair amount of carbohydrates and vitamin C. Banana is a quick energy- booster. It is also good for our digestion and immune system.

Another important ingredient of the recipe is egg. The egg is a powerhouse of nutrients. It is a great source of protein which helps in muscle building, development, and even repair. It provides vitamins, minerals, omega-3 fatty acids, choline, lutein, etc. It is great for our brain and eye functions.
