The vegan turmeric latte is also known as the golden latte or turmeric milk. This healing drink is not only delicious but also soothing and nourishing at the same time.

The key ingredient of this healing tea is the turmeric. Turmeric is a spice highly used in South Asian cuisine. This golden color spice harbors a wealth of health advantages. Turmeric contains a notable amount of curcumin. Curcumin is a powerful source of anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. It can prevent the inflammatory functions of many molecules. It supports cardiovascular health by improving blood vessel functions. The antioxidant properties fight oxidative stress, protecting cells from the harm caused by free radicals. They also aid in rejuvenating the skin and decrease the aging process. Curcumin is great for the brain. It might strengthen cognitive functions and decrease the risk of neurodegenerative diseases. It is also beneficial for our digestive system and joint health.

I have used almond oil as the base of the healing tea. It is quite low in calories and saturated fat thus aiding weight management and heart health. It contains a high volume of calcium and magnesium which is great for our bone and muscle. With absolutely no lactose, almond milk is a great choice for those with lactose- intolerance.

This recipe includes some healing spices including ginger, pepper, cloves, and cardamom. All of these spices have their medicinal influence to boost our immune system.
